          it didnt think 2 much about this wen i first started it but within the first 2 weeks my bench started going up i was getn a lot more reps outa each set and i gained a pound and a half of muscle....the only side effects i got was the first couple days i had stomach cramps.....and once and while i would get this pain in my side that would bring me 2 my knees..........and i expierenced EXTREME anger problems
