K2 FSI's SST-Suspension Strength Trainer is an awesome addition to any strength-training facility's arsenal. Based on the instability principles of Gymnastic Rings, but optimized for athletic and fitness applications.
Instability offered by this type of training is something not available in any type of barbell or kettebell movement or exercise. It offers a method to achieve maximal recruitment of more stabilizing muscles in the various planes of motion and while a fairly complete training routine could be completed with the SST, most athletes will find it most usefully implemented as auxiliary movements and/or finishers to reach a higher level of performance.
