Directions:

I suppose Id need a full tup to fully evaluate, but it's pretty decent from what I tried. Had to use 3 scoops to get anything out of it. The tast is ok, much better than the original from 5 years ago. Did not get crazy pumped or have huge levels of focus, I'd use it if I couldnt get Jack3d, but not quite the same...

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
