Directions:

Pre workout

This gets you ready for the gym, but the effect fades after 45 min or so. It has lots of other stuff I'm not sure I *need* but Gaspari says I do ;-). Honestly, I'll go back to a pre-gym cup of black coffee because I know what to expect, and it is way more cost effective. I'm convinced a carefully-planned diet will give me the same stuff, but then again we all know that.

I have been using the product for the past 8 months and would not lift without it..arms, chest really expand during my daily work outs. Great taste, no after taste. One of the best products I have come across. Does not give you the "jitters" as some other products do.

Before this product had used Jack3d and wanted to try SP Max but I was dissapointed. SP 250 gave me a Lot more energy at the gym with 1 scoop, with MAX I have to take 2 scoops to get close to that same feeling. Am already looking for another pre-workout that doesn't have as much caffeine as NOExplode but more energy than Jacked! Completely dissapointed in SPmax

This is a good product that will help you in the gym with energy and pumps, it doesnt upset your stomach or get your heart rate out of control, but honestly the pump felt less then superpump 250 so not sure what the MAX is all about. If you have the money try it, but a jug wont last long for the price you pay.
