Works better than any joint care product I've used. I have bad knees and it really helps with the pain and inflammation. I won't ever stop taking this product.

relieved pain.. thats it. I only took one bottle but with what USP Labs claimed thats all I needed, I still can't do a flat bench without pain. I'm pretty sure this stuff also gave me really freaky dreams and made me very active in my sleep.. don't think I'll use it agian

I am a person that rarely believes what a product says it can do but rather seeing what it can do. i bought this to heal up some knee pains i was having. I also had a bad lower back pain that a chiropracter said was probably a nerve or slipped disc. i was doing a rigourous strength workout and the insanity workout and after 6 weeks ( knock on wood ) the pain had gone down significantly in my back. this was after 3 months of the same pain. i have become a believer in it, and it also keeps my other joint pain at bay.

Was having very bad shoulder and knee pain to the point where I couldn't do squats period and very light and limited shoulder and chest workouts. Now I am squating agian slowly but surely and my chest and shoulder workouts are strong once agian.
