      I was a college athlete and in very good shape about 10 years ago, do to my career I got away from working out and an active lifestyle. I never got really fat, just kind of soft and round. I started taking the supercharge stack and literally within a week, with minimal workouts I could see all of my definition coming back. 3 weeks in I am doing things I haven't been able to do in years. As far as side effects the only one I notice is really restful nights sleep. **when I read reviews I just assume they are written by the company selling the stuff, so with that being said, I assure you my results are real and hopefully yours will be the same****
