Great energy booster!! Works quickly and gives me some great energy to get through some tough workouts. It also curbs my appetite so I'm not hungry all day! I love that! However, I like to take these with food so I don't get jittery. Just a piece of toast or a little yogurt works. The effects work all day for me. So I am giving this high stars. I've lost some hard to lose fat since I started using these. Good stuff.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
