How long will a container of SteelEdge last me?
There are twenty servings in a container of SteelEdge. Most individuals only need one serving before your training session. Based off one serving per training session, a container should last most individuals 4-6 weeks. We don't recommend taking SteelEdge more than 3-4 times a week. If you train more than 4 times a week, just save it for your most difficult training sessions.

Directions: Mix one to two scoops in 12-16 oz of water. For best results drink on an empty stomach 20-30 minutes prior to exercise. Start with one scoop to assess your tolerance and work your way up to two scoops if necessary.
