Most Liked Positive Review Excellent daily multi-v for men I've been using this as a daily multivitamin for 18+ months now and it is a solid foundation for my supplement regime. This multi-v is packed with essentials and more; a rare find at such an amazing price. Because of the stomach issues it can cause (take it with a meal, ideally at the end of it or after you've consumed ~half of it) I generally take it at bedtime. Using this "dosing" schedule, I have no complaints whatsoever. I've been using this as a daily multivitamin for 18+ months now and it is a solid foundation for my supplement regime. The only bad part is that it smells and tastes TERRIBLE! I had a pill out on the table, and my husband started frantically searching for a dirty diaper that he thought had been left out, based on the smell. For this reason, I only take it occasionally when I know I am seriously vitamin deprived. If you can put up with that stuff, then otherwise it's great!
