      This product has so many supplements all rolled up into this one wafer. The first one I took gave me enough energy for a busy afternoon. I also think they help my inflamation from arthritis. The taste is pretty sweet and I like to eat it a little bite at a time with juice.

          I absolutely love these vitamins! Not only do they supplement my (not so great) vegetable intake, but they help fill that sweet craving I get after meals. You are supposed to take 3 a day and I usually take one after all my big meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). That way I am getting my vitamins and avoiding sweets. I get a good amount of energy when I take these on a regular basis-awesome product!

            I have been looking for a vitamin like this for years! This vitamin makes you feel alert and energetic throughout the day and I have not had any weird side effects which is more than i can say for the numerous other vitamins i have tried. I also enjoy the fact that these are chewable and you dont have to worry about them dissolving. I highly recommend them!
