this is a good product,shaker is about the same size as any other one you can buy, but has the ability to store your protein powder or pre workout drink seperately which you can then unscrew a part of the cap and mix with little hassel. great for trips to the gym when you dont want to mix your stuff until right before workout

love this shaker cup, i cant believe how easy it is to use, and how easy it is to clean. If you don't have one, you have too! Awesome shaker cup, best for pre and post workout.

Jan 9, 2011 12:03 pm: I really like the idea of the product and it works well....until you want to mix whatever powder you have chosen with a liquid. The problem is with the lid because it does not create a water tight seal so it leaks if you do not close the mixing chamber before shaking. If they fixed the lid the shaker would be awesome. Also it only shows ccs and ml, would be nice if it showed ounces

It worked/works great. Got a little outta shape in dishwasher, but got it back together again.

Plan on buyiong a couple more for me and a few for friends.

this was billed as being a very solid shaker cup that wouldn't leak. i bought it because of the on the go uses and for the non-leaking. it leaks if shaken hard and certain protein powders (casein) are not good to put into the carrying compartment as they have a hard time coming out of there

This shaker is by far the most effective and convenient shaker available. I've tried using others with wisks inside but still have problems clumping my protein. This one not only saves me time but surprisingly mixes very very well... I would highly recommend this to everyone that has had their other shaker cups fail or brake them in the past.

I think it is the best Shaker in time on the market. You cannot compare it with the blenderbottle or stuff like that.

It is easy to use like a banana. One time you got it, you have it. Like biking. And it is really awesome to carry it to my gym for having the shake fresh mixed with full power.
