Serious Mass is an effective "tried & true" quality mass gainer. It has been around for a while, but still beats even its newer competitors. If you are truly a hardgainer, like I am, I recommend this product. It steps up where so many others fail. A hardgainer must 1st focus on getting in quality calories. This product provides at least 1250 calories per serving. Most other popular mass gainers only provide between 500-600 calories per serving which is simply not enough per serving. By just drinking 2 servings of Serious Mass a day, you've upped your caloric intake by 2500 calories! 2nd, Serious Mass contains much needed added nutrients, like glutamine & most importantly, creatine. Any other weight gainer, that doesn't provide these 2 critical elements is ineffective. You are not going to get big without them! Serious Mass also contains 50 grams of protein. I think the strawberry flavor is the best. You can easily mix it frozen berries , peaches, or bananas. Initially, when mixed with milk, it is a lot of product to swallow-approx.30 oz of liquid. But once you get used to it, its no problem. I've even noticed that it slightly increases my appetite, driving me to eat more solid foods, adding to my daily caloric intake. You will gain quality mass, thickness, & size without sacrificing muscular definition. When I tried it for the first time, consistently incorporating it into my daily regimen, I went from about 165lbs to 185lbs! And I gained weight rather quickly! Of course, in addition to at least 2 Serious Mass shakes a day, I consumed at least 3 other solid meals and followed a training regimen tailored for a hardgainer. I recommend this product to anyone looking to gain mass & muscular size.

Okay heres the deal with this product. I am a lacrosse player trying to get recruited. I used to be 5 11 132 2 months ago. Now I am 6 ft 151 pounds after taking this product just once a day. Yes the serving size is very large, but your never going to gain weight without consuming a lot. I have tried everything from muscle milk to amp to eas. None of those did anythin. I gained 19 pounds in 2 months. Thats redic. Stop being a baby and take these shakes like a man. Everyone who argues with the taste is an idiot and a [*]. If you hate the taste do what i do, chug the dam shake. It takes 30 seconds to chug just make sure it it shaken up well. All in all this product is awesome and it works great. Buy it, use it and ull def gain weight.

nastiest tasting protein powder i have ever tasted in my life... this stuff is absolutely disgusting to drink and you have to mix this and a ton of fruit/sugar to have it actually tolerable.definitely won't buy this [*] again.

this product is really perfect i got to 4 days of taking it. 3 servings a day,an i really see the results.i never had a weight gainer that work like this,the serving size is 2 scoops,and it can be pretty hard at first to drink 3 servings,but its very rewarding..im having great gains...

I tried mixing according to directions - way too thick. I use only 1 scoop, mix with 2 cups of milk, tray of ice (important), bit of chocolate syrup, ice cream (1-2 cups) and mix for 45 seconds. Makes a whole blender, drink it before I go to bed. Much easier and better tasting this way than the 2 scoops recommended.

I'm a skinny guy and I don't have a very big appetite, one thing I like about Serious Mass is that I can mix one scoop with a shaker of water 3 times a day at work, it's very smooth and easy to drink. I've gained 15 pounds of muscle in the last 2 months.

I drink two scoops every morning bc I simply don't have time for breakfast. It tastes excellent but you definitely need a shaker with the whisk ball in it to make these. I even replace other meals with this when I have to, but it's very cost effective! I order a ton up front and it lasts me months.

when first got the product i would take a full serving which would fill me up for hours and barely would fit in my shaker cup. now i use only one scoop per serving which is still 600 cals 125 carbs and 25 pro. i usually supplement a whey protein serving with it also to make it about 50 to 60 grams of protein and it works out well. i would also suggest mixing it in water as it mixing much better and wont fill you up. and as we all know if your trying to build muscle you cant just rely on weight gainers them selves you have to eat tons also. at least thats the only way i can seem to build muscle. overall i have gone through tons of different weight gainers and protiens and this is at the top of my list. its worth the money if you take it right!
