Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Take 2-4 capsules once or twice daily or as directed by a doctor. Children 2-12 years of age: Take 1 capsule. Children under 2 years of age: Consult a doctor. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence.

Warnings: This product contains Senna. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Do not use when nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. Consult a doctor if you notice a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over two weeks. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxative use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor.

I would use this product again

Works but you have to take 2-4 capsules at the same time to get results. Good for occassional irregularly. Effective after about 8-12 hours, then you will see some results.
