      I took this product for over a year and became a firm believer in it. I'm not a supplement nut, this was a first for me but I became a believer. More energy, felt great, and suprising to me I lost 35 lbs without changing my diet, excercise or habits. Will eliminate that 6 pm tired feeling. I quit taking it for a while and the weight came back so I'm starting the program again. It's a great value here at A1. Cost much more in stores.
