This product was the difference maker for me. After a week into use, my muscle increase remained when I left the gym. I increased my rest time and decrease my number of workouts in the week and my muscles and strength increased. I did not retain water and fat cells didn't swell like some products. I researched this for months and considered similar products for years. I was very skeptical on benefit and safety. The reviews everywhere I went came in as this being the best. I can't attest to that, however, I can attest to this being the product I'm going to use.

I started to feel the effects of aging and I am only 34...I started taking this in March and I can tell a huge difference. I am not as tired after work, I am sliming down with modest exercise and I am also building lean muscle mass and can tell a considerable increase in strength. This is worth my money!

Have been taking product for about six months along with a exercise program. I'm 60 years old and I feel like I have more energy that I had in my 20's. My muscle tone has tighten up but think it is a mixture of product and exercise program. Will continue product and give another review at the end of a year. Right now I would recommend product highly and have already recommended to many of my friends. I forgot to mention all of this is after a 6 month chemo and radiation treatment for cancer which I have tried to turn into a positive and I feel this product is instrumental along with exercise to my new found youth and energy.
