Directions: Begin by taking 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach before food. If needed take an additional 1 capsule six hours later on an empty stomach. Do not exceed this dosage until you know how your body responds to this product. Due to the extreme strength of this product. Do Not Exceed more than 3 capsules per day.
