I took Rogue as it was directed on the bottle, with a Myofusion protein shake. No matter how hard I worked out I never got sore..Gained 9 pounds with the only side effect is I would sweat at night, but nothing serious. Felt great all of the time, had tons of energy all day long.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
