    Surprisingly this product is primarily Magnesium and Calcium. I've used this product for a few months now as needed. I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder so sleep can be a real challenge at times. Not only does this help, but when I wake in the morning I feel really refreshed. I feel I accomplish the deep layers of sleep easier with this supplement.
