Recovery contains L-Glutamine, the single most abundant amino acid responsible for muscle repair, recovery and growth. Taurine is the second most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue. Taurine helps muscles hold water and increase protein synthesis. ZMA has been shown to increase anabolic activity and decrease recovery time. ALA acts as an anti-oxidant and decreases free-radicals which can break down muscles after heavy training. Recovery also contains vitamins A, C, and E which lower post-workout cortisol levels and increase immune system function.

        The greatest thing about Recovery is it's not packed full of sugar like most post workout drinks like Enduroxx etc. If you want muscle but to lean up the sugar destroys all your hard work. It tastes awesome and can be taken any time!

          I often feel depleted and sore the morning after hitting the gym hard the day before. I took potassium, looked into several sports drinks and tried the Endurox (until reading the label, it's all sugar!) I found Recovery to be the only one I have found that helps without the empty calories. The taste is awesome, and helps me able to get to the gym better everyday, and to sleep without being in pain.
