Works well as an appetite suppressant...as long as you take the prescribed amount 15 minutes BEFORE you normally eat.

I have dropped 8 pounds in 28 days...equating to 1 waist size lost.

I am a 35+ male.

Be aware that I also added in 2 more days of non-routine cardio when I started taking it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
