the product could be worse, it does what it is suppose to do but doesn't feel very stronger. i think it could be made out of better material. and the hand grips don't stay in place. because its not the most expensive thing in the world thats what is good about them. for all its faults it still does what it's suppose to do and if and when they break its noy gonna kill your pockets.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
