    I was at the grocery store this afternoon after a doc appt. I was past my protein shake meal time, so grabbed a box of this and added it to a bottle of water. It was a LOT better than I expected it to be! It took away my hunger till I got home and tasted great! I didn't find it to be chalky or gritty at all! lightofbrian[@]
