Marvelous product. Tastes good and goes down easily. Easy to Digest. However, Have your shaker washed once you consume your shake otherwise a nasty odor will pervade in the air when you try to make some protein shake next time in that shaker.
I took it along with Hydroxycut. This is my first jug but I haven't really noticed any difference yet. It's a good meal replacement plan for me and I like it Dutch Chocolate especially.
