This stuff is flat out freakin amazing. I've tried other protien shakes, but this is good. Others are affective, but this is that AND tastes good. This one with milk is simply legen... wait for it... dairy. It's a legit product and I really feel my self improving. My muscle is becoming leaner and while I am working out a ton, I wouldn't be this dense, muscle-wise I thank you, without this stuff. A big thing for me is taste, as that kind of makes the difference. Instead of saying, "ah dang, i hate this stuff" I come out of the gym overly enjoyed and enthusiastically jumping up and down for my protein shake... not really, but fun image huh? Yes, this stuff makes you enjoy life more, which strangely is not a marked side effect...
