      Did a lot of research before buying this and wasn't impressed but it's not worthless either. I like to use something preworkout especially when lifting to put myself in the zone (working out sucks, it's a bit easier if you have the energy to do it). I previously used Jack3d but the after taste there was awful (the caffeine won't mix/suspend and it just tastes bad). Thus I decided to switch.

      PreSurge definitely gives you some energy. It's a different kind of energy than you get with Jack3d as PreSurge isn't giving you energy based on caffeine (there is some in it but very little, it relies on it's other ingredients for energy).

      After taking for several weeks, I may try another product as it wasn't an amazing experience - it wasn't a waste of money either though as it definitely helps (I had a sample of Hydravol that did more than this so I have to believe something better exists even though this was good).

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
