First day I regretted taking a whole pill. I was so wired, I couldnt concentrate at work. I was shaking and burning up. No part of it felt good. I decided to try a quarter of a pill a few days later, and while I did not get the same jittery feeling, I did not like the feeling nor did it give me energy. I tried a half pill for a third time, same results. I decided to discontinue and go back to my former thermogenic. I did not like the Poison at all!

This product is extremely powerful. I am not sure when you are supposed to use it though, I tried it before my regular gym classes and felt sick and had to stop mid way. It makes you shaky and a definite feeling of 'high' Pupils stay small all day. Myself and 3 friends used this product and all of us felt sick and stopped taking them, they cannot be good for you. I tried it before work, I work in a office and could not concentrate. Definitely works well as a mood enhancer, feeling very chatty, if only i didn't feel like i was on drugs in front of my co-workers!

i tried a cycle of poison, it was effective in reducing appetite and providing energy for most of the day. i didnt notice any bad side effects. hyperdrive still seemed stronger to me, but this product is worth trying out.

This stuff is insane!! Loved it, but i could see how it could be "too strong" for some people. Which is how the advertise for it. I felt an energy rush not even 10 mins after taking. I didn't have food with it on the second day and it pretty much ruined this 225lb guys day. dizzyness vomitting.. but hey i didn't follow the directions. THIS IS HARD CORE FAT LOSS

This product is an effective fat burner that is time released throughout the day so it can be taken earlier in the day, even if your workout is later in the evening and it will still be effective AND won't affect your sleep. I have been plagued with bouts of insomnia that are really counterintuitive to my overall goal of building and maintaining muscular growth, so I was hesitant about trying any fat burner as they often contain things that disrupt sleep, but as long as I took it before noon, I had no problems falling AND staying asleep at night. Additionally, it was effective in helping me strip 15 pounds in 8 weeks which is a lot on an already lean, female frame.

I take it first thing in the morning with my breakfast and in a few minutes i feel more awake and alert. Its great dureing my workout because i find i sweat more than i usally do. It helps me hit the weights harder. I enjoy using poisen because its a gradual energy booster and you dont crash when it wears off.
