    I love Optimum Nutrition! In my opinion, they make some of the best formulas on the market. Nothing hardcore, just whey protein with added BCAA's and various other AA's. I used Gold Standard for awhile and love that as well, but this protein has more BCAA's and less lactose and fat. A little more expensive but go with the 3.5 lb. Also, the whey protein bars are excellent! They actually hold you over to your next meal (every 3 hours for me). Great taste, great product, GREAT results!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
