I first got this product back in march. Only took it a few times then quit. I decided to give it another try and now remember why i stopped taking it in the first place! MAde me feel very light headed and sick, & shake like crazy! Increased my body temp. and heart rate- basically makes me feel like i'm on crack.

I take this twice a day, it not only boosts my energy but helps curb my appetite as well. Will buy this product again.

I take one pill daily about 45 minutes before breakfast. It helps me maintain my weight, but not necessarily lose weight. I get a boost of energy and it does curb my appetite, but after taking it for a few months it loses it's effectivness. The first month was the best. I even tried taking a couple weeks off and trying it again, but it is still not as effective as the very first month of taking this pill. I do feel that it helps me maintain weight and so it is useful for me. I am wondering if I am feeling a placebo effect though...

I have only used this pill a few times so far but it made me feel pretty light headed and nauseous. It does curb your appetite... Not sure it is worth the sick feeling though. Also didn't notice that it gave me much energy.

Works well to curb appetite! Does not make me jittery, but does not do much for energy.

I use it in the morning and around 5pm. It helps me not be hungry during the day and after work.
