      I take this product every morning with my first meal of the day. You can feel it working as soon as you take it. Easy on the stomach too. I use this and a few other supplements from Optimun Nutrition and I love them all. If you are taking GNC's MegaMan Vitamins, you should try this product. I was a diehard MegaMan user until I tried this product. Get the same nutrition at a way better price. I works just as good as MegaMan and I thought I would never say that but it does. Try it.

          Don't think that vitamins are for sissies. If you miss time in the gym due to being sick then you miss out on getting leaner and stronger. Do your immune system right and take Optimum Nutrition's PerforMAXX. Supply your body with all the necessary vitamins that you miss out on from whole foods by the time you consume them. How do you know if a multivitamin is truly working for you? You don't get sick! That is the true marker for a quality vitamin. Try PerforMAXX and see what a difference it makes on preventing colds.
