Comments about Solaray Peppermint Oil, 60 Softgels:
Due to IBS, need to take 3-6 per day, but it is the best product I've found to alleviate my symptoms, especially since I am unable to take prescription meds. In the time I've been taking this product, I am now able to eat without constant pain, probably due to the anti-inflammatory included within. It is very strong, & the only thing that works for me as regular peppermint supplements don't touch the pain. Can't say enough good things about it!

Works fantastic on my SIBO/irritable bowel syndrome. In fact, it's the ONLY thing that helps.

Comments about Solaray Peppermint Oil, 60 Softgels:
I have been taking Peppermint Oil for IBS -- Irritable Bowel Syndrome -- for years. It is by far the most effective remedy.
When I get abdominal pain with IBS, I pop 4 or 5 of these capsules at once and within an hour, the pain is gone. NOTHING else does this. Not even the remedies sold over-the-counter that are supposedly for IBS, or any of the prescription meds.
Solaray is the best-priced and most cost-effective brand I've found. Peppermint Oil can apparently be stimulating for some people, but I have never experienced this side effect.
