    Before I would take three tablets a day with meals but recently decided to follow the label so one table a day now. There has been a noticeable increase in my energy levels. This product has also been great for sex.

        I have tried and consistently used many brands of Panax Ginseng for many years. It is my opinion that this brand's strength and consistency of Ginsenosides @ 5% is a tremendous value. This is simply Panax gensing root in a capsule and not riddled with a lot of other ingredients that I"m not interested in at present.
