Did this one on a 4 week diet, lost 10 pounds. It took away any hunger and it will give you lots of energy. Very powerful, use the label doses, I usually take more than the label recommends but I DO NOT recommend this with OEP.

I find that my appetite is curved and I go to the bathroom much more than before.. For that, I love it, but if I do not take it, I get tremendous headaches.. My husband did also and he stopped taking them. I plan to continue with my bottle and his just to maintain weight. It's a constant problem with me.

This stuff is really STRONG.
I take only 1 Pill in the morning at 9 AM, and still training at 6 pm i feel an incredible heat, sweating much more then usual, a lot of energy.
Sometimes the effect is too strong, and feel my heart wants to pop out of my chest.
use with caution, especially if already use Pre Workout products.

I'm a grazer. I could munch all day long. I purchased this product to help curb my appetite when I went on a 1200 calorie diet to lose weight. It does a good job without any side effects. In the month I have been taking it I have only lost 3 lbs., I did expect better results. Less calories but no exercise is not working. Will move to plan B.

Best thermogenic on the market. Very effective. I personally feel you have to use in cycles because you will plateau. Great product. Best price is on this site.

This product worked great for me. In the past, I have experienced some negative side effects with using thermogenic's and weight loss supplements with stimulants in them in the past. It does cause your skin to flush slightly, make you feel warmer, and sweat some more but that is expected when taking this type of product. I did not experience any racing heart with I have experienced with some other products. In addition to weight loss, it overall gave a great, clean energy boost that felt more natural and made me very clear minded.

This is a good appetite suppressant and gives a bit of energy. Sure helped during Thanksgiving and x-mas so I didn't eat all those cookies and cakes!

However, it is NOT a magic weight loss pill. Effects wear off after 1 month for sure. Does not create a feeling of "euphoria" like some say. No side effects though. It is expensive. It did nothing to help me loose weight at all. Just wanted to loose 5 pounds max...nothing. Seems to work well for most people but not really for me except appetite. Sometimes it's just in your head... Remember healthy food and exercise (vegan). Oh, and coffee!

I love this product! It helps me maintain and I'm sure if I was serious about loosing weight it would work. However, I mainly take it for the boost of energy VS drinking coffee. I tend to drink lots of water when using the product which is good

This is a great supplement for both preworkout and appetite suppressant. I can take one before my workout and one in the morning before breakfast. It helps me eat smaller meals and gives me energy during my workouts.

Great product for someone who is looking to lose weight or burn fat. Works well and you should notice a difference within the first two weeks or so. Only side effect I have noticed is that it causes me to sweat a lot more than normal, but I guess that is to be expected. Overall, good stuff.
