      This is a great Multi! ON has great products, especially from a sports nutrition & health perspective, and A1 offers them at a great price. The effectiveness of this multi really shines for human performance--no cramping and no symptoms of dehydration during/after training/event Oly Triathlons. Furthermore, as a female, increase the dose a bit around that time of the month and no cramping. Easy to swallow, easy on the tummy, simple dosing, and complete. Couldn't ask for anything more.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        Needed higher iron rating in order to donate blood products and Opti-Women raised my Hg to over the requisite level. Thought I'd have more energy, but the vitamins don't seem to have increased strength or stamina (yet) after a couple of weeks. Makes urine smell odd and definitely discolors it.
