This the first vitamin I've ever taken that I can feel working. About 30 minutes after the dose I feel an energy spike that lasts all day. The down side is the daily dose is 3 pills and they are huge. Smell and taste just as bad as any other multi vitamin.

            I take these daily with my breakfast, sometimes I split the 3-pill serving into 3 times/day...just depends on how I'm feeling. I really like that they don't have a bad taste, some other multi's that I've tried made me want to brush my teeth after taking them. I haven't had any negative with this multivitamin.
