    Most essential fats, (fish oil, primrose oils, etc), are way underdosed, and by the time you take enough from each different bottle, the cost is close to one bottle of Omegylze. I like it 'cause it's convienient and I trust that it has all the Omega 3's and 6's I need. My nails, hair, and skin has never felt better...

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
