        This is my favorite sleep product on the market. I have been taking it for years.I fall asleep fast, sleep deeply (crazy dreams), and wake with ZERO grogginess. I have taken other sleep products that make me feel exhausted in the AM. I love Nocturnabol because it helps me get to sleep fast and I wake up feeling awesome, especially after tough workout days. Highly recommend this product!

          I take 2 caps about 30 minutes before I wanna sleep. I'm sleeping like a baby fast and I do not feel groggy in the morning. Also - I have some crazy vivid dreams.

            Before purchasing this, I thought that the dosing of the ingredients was pretty low, but I figured since it was on clearance, what the heck? Well, I was right, and I had no difference in sleep patterns. I may not have spent much, but what I did spend was wasted. Buy something else.
