I have used numerous NO boosters and this falls right in the middle. The best I have used to date is NO2 (the original); I have yet to try their enhanced products. Nitrix gave decent pumps but nothing that gave that swollen tight feeling. Of course this is just for me, as I personally know of many that have had great experiences with this product.

      This product is great and delivered on the recuperation and endurance. Muscles also become visibly fuller and much harder but no experience an increase in "male" size and performance so don't get fooled by that.
      "You will feel your skin tightening around your muscles and your vascularity will become exaggerated (almost freakish)." that was their statement on the description and it's false. Have not noticed any exaggerated vascularity change at all. I think they give it a little too much hype in their product description so don't be fooled by that. Overall I am satisfied with the endurance, strength and recuperation.
      It does work well when you take it on an empty stomach. I found that taking it right as I wake up about an hour before my breakfast, an hour before my work out and lunch and an hour before dinner shows better results.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
