Directions:

Training days: Day 1: Begin by assessing your tolerance with half a scoop (1/2 scoop) of NITRAFLEX mixed with 6-8 oz. of cold water. Days 2 and beyond: Depending on tolerance, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of NITRAFLEX with 6-8 oz. of cold water and consume within 30 minutes before working out.

Non-training days: Take 1 serving (1 scoop) upon arrising in the morning or before any physical activity.

Exellent workout boost. I have not noticed and adverse side effects for the testosterone in the product. It is a good product, I will review it again once I make it through the first round. I do feel I have had some gain with increase of muscle mass and size.

Mix with blu raz creatine

I use a half scoop (half serving) with a serving of blue raz flavored creatine pre-workout. I get a huge sweat about ten minutes into workout that I do not experience with the creatine alone. I have noticed increased vascularity as well. I started using about 5 weeks into a bulking regimen and within two weeks saw significant (15%) increases in weight amounts I was using during sets. I have had quick recovery as well, but I think I would attribute that more to the creatine. Maybe the effects are psychological, but I feel stronger on days I use this.

I am a huge GAT fan. Out of all the pre work outs that ive taken between Jet Fuse and now Nitraflex really the best pre work outs out there! Nitraflex at first didnt really notice a whole lot as far as pump, strength, and motivation. But as it gets in your system the results are un real. I highly recommend this product!!
