I take protein right before and after mma/bjj training sessions, and it shortens recovery time significantly in comparison with normal food.
This works just as any other protein powder except that it mixes better than anything I've tried before and doesn't have any taste except for the faint milky trace. There are no sweeteners, colour or flavour additives, so it can be taken daily without fear of side effects and added into any beverage - nectar medical doesn't affect the taste of the drink at all.

Excellent stuff, I now use this powder exclusively.
