Ingredients: Promina ultrafiltered and undenatured whey protein isolate (milk) (includes beta lactoglobulin, alpha lactoalbumin, glycomacropeptides, immunoglobulin, bovine serum albumin, protease peptone, lactoferrin, lacto peroxidase), citrix acid, natural and artificial flavors, soy lecithin, acesulfame-K, sucralose, FD&C yellow #5, FD&C blue #1.

Directions: Based on taste preference, mix 2-4oz of water or milk per serving (1/4 scoop) of Nextar Sweets. Once full scoop providing 23g of protein, 0g of fat and 0g of sugar, may be mixed with 8-16 oz of water or milk. Consume Nectar 2 to 3 times per day to satisfy your protein requirements.

        Latte Cappuccino flavor is fantastic to mix with milk or plain yoghurt. Twisted Cherry was too sweet for me, but can blend with Vanilla Torte for a smooth and tasty beverage. This also mixes well in recipes, to add nutritious flavor to just about anything, including cakes!
