Directions: The first 5 days of using this product, everyone regardless of weight, consume 1/2 serving daily. On workout days drink immediately after workout at least 15 minutes before food or protein and on non-workout days take the 1/2 serving 15-30 minutes before 1st or 2nd meal of the day. After this 5 day "Reverse-Load" phase follow directions below:

Non-workout days:
Consume 1/2 serving twice daily with 12oz. water on an empty stomach 30 minutes before or two hours+ after 1st and 2nd meal of the day.

Mixing Instructions:
Do not mix with protein or any other liquid except water. Do not consume any liquids other than water for at least 15 minutes after drinking ETHER. Do not eat any food for at least 20 minutes after consuming ETHER. *Drink pre-workout mixture one hour before training. Drink post workout mixture immediately after workoutat least 15 minutes before food or protein. You may add fruit flavored drink mix for a desired taste.

Additional notes:
Mix pre and post workout dosage with 20-25g carbs (simple or complex) and/or 2g to 5g L-glutamine for enhanced results.
