Been taking this product regularly with good results. Gives you good energy before a workout or if you just use it during the day. Strength increase will be expected when taking it. You will pack on muscle density with time depending how hard you workout. Yes my face gets hot when I take 4 pills because of the niacin, but thats the only thing that I dont like but goes away quick. Not bad for the buck!

This is a great product for anyone feeling a little drained before physical activity its a nice pick me up without any crash. the pump isnt over powering just enough to feel it. i even use it on non training days in the morning just to wake me up a little. only down side is it takes about 30 to 45 mins to start to feel it.

People complain about the niacin and I have to agree that stuff get you pretty good but take 3 pills instead of 4. Did this and now have 40 servngs and working perfectly and getting great focus and hot energy. Oh and just in case you want a comparison for amount per body weight I am 150 lbs 6% bf. So if you weigh less or more effects could differ with my preferred dosage.

there is way to much niacin in it and it made me red all over and very hot, besides that its a great product, so if your body is used to niacin and arent allergic, i would reccomend it, especially for how cheap it is

CHECK THE NIACIN (250%), it made me hot, red all over, and blotches on my skin. I had to stop taking it, and im 6'4 230 so it doesnt have to do with weight. I did like the energy and pumps, but not even close to worth the side effects.
