Easy to blend and fast so I can use it as a meal replacement in the mornings and an after-workout boost in the afternoon. The vanilla is great for breakfast with a banana blended in to get that extra daily dose of potassium.

Best product I have used in 30 years!!! This is one product that delivers and I would recommend it to anyone who puts effort into an exercise program. It is good for energy, good for a meal replacement and good for the extra protein. I use it after a long, hard work out or just to add the extra protein to my nutrition plan. At 300 calories, it can easily replace a meal, but it is filling and tastes great! And it is 42 grams of proteain packs a big punch in a small package. Price is just a little above what I would like to pay, however, in the multi billion dollar supplement industry, this product in my opinion is the best product out on the market today and it is the best I have seen in 30 years of supplement experimentations. It tastes great, feels like cheating, I use nightly (as a late night snack) between dinner and bedtime. In the past, in conjunction with a heathly nutrition plan, I dropped 40 pounds over four to six month period. This is the best supplement, like the headline says "second to none"!
