    Muscle Provider is great before my workout it never leaves me bloated or
    filling full. Yet it gives me the energy I need for a long hard workout.
    especially on leg day. It also tastes GREAT mixed with hot water is perfect
    in the winter when I'm out the door at 4:30 am to the gym.
