      I'm very light weight and I wanted to gain some mass. Taking this product as a supplement not a meal replacement may have helped. I eat tons of food as I have access to a military dinning facility. I have not given the 5lbs. that I gained all to the 2544 Muscle Milk. I started at 135 ending at 140. I am buying a second tube today.

        Ive had this Product for only 2 weeks and have seen amazing strengh gains and muscle thickness. Picked up 4-5 quicks lbs and that is only in 2 weeks. I will be using this product for a long time to come. You can change the serving size to your own goals to but this is great and like it says the 1st ingredent is WHEY what more could you ask for. Great price for a Great Product

          Add a half a serving to your non-carb protien shake for better taste, better mix, and enhance protien delivery. The sugar found in this product help deliver protien post-workout. Great product, I've used it for about 18 months, everyday.
