Comments about Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Powder, 300 Grams:
I am at the gym 5-6 times a week. I would not call myself a competitive athlete but I enjoy working out/staying in shape. I use this product after every work out. I mix it with my protein shake. The powder is so fine that it mixes very easily, there is no grit at all. It is also tasteless so you can put this in any shake, juice, or drink you like. I have seen strength gains in all aspects of my workouts from weights to cardio. My recovery time has been cut down after using this product for 1 month now. Some people say to buy any creatine because they are all the same. But, I have noticed more in 1 month from this product than any generic brand creatine. Give it a shot!

I mix it with gatorade and try to drink it through my workout, and then add a little to my protein shake after. On non lifting days I put it in some gatorade and drink it thoughought the day.

Stuff works really well! I've added weight to every type of exercise and gained about 5 lbs of lean muscle mass in the 3 weeks of use! A little bit of a gritty taste though.
