The ECA stack is truly one of the most effective ways to cut down and increase your performance in your athletic activities. This is about the most effective supplement for that stack that i have found over the years since the ephedra ban! Of course as with any stimulant proper use is mandatory, it does cause a little nervous and jittery effect. Best if used for a couple weeks on, then a month off and only prior to activities. Not good for use in the evening if you want to get to bed early for proper rest. Use with common sense!

Great procuct for intermittent use. Use during cut cycles to burn fat and maintain lean muscle mass. Use on workout days only, or 2 weeks on 1-2 weeks off. Can make you a little high strung, so best if used before evening hours.

I have been using Stackers for nearly 15 years for my running and working out hobby. I was excited to learn of a company that manufactured the ephedra products here in the states, where products are regulated, unlike other countries. This product definately goes to work quickly, within 20 minutes after taking prescribed dosage. My appetite was suppressed significantly and energy levels soared. I would recommend this product to those who have experienced ephedra based products, but not to those who are new to the effects.
