The stuff is what it says it does gives awesome strength gains and muscle mass..You have to train like the dickens and hard to get results but after being on for the first week my strength def went up can`t wait for the next 4 weeks..For the negative reviews don`t even bother reading cause they either trained weak and not ate properly..I`m a competitive bodybuilder for over 15yrs and this stuff trust me delivers...

I've run numerous cycles on Methyl 1-D and have loved them all. I don't think there is a better test supplement out there for the money. Each time I've gotten good results and when stacked right with a PCT I keep them too.
