Gold Standard Whey, Pure Whey Protein Stack, Syntha 6, Myofusion, Combat Powder, Muscle Milk: some combination of these proteins have formed the backbone of my supplement plan for the last 3-4 years. That is, until I tried Matrix 5.0: now this is the main protein I use (four scoops per day). I haven't found another powder that combines taste (flavorful in a good way, not too sweet, one scoop in 6 oz of cold water for a good slightly-thick milky consistency), mixability (10 shakes in a shaker cup, no clumps), and this protein-to-carb/fat/calorie ratio (on par w/ BSN, but fewer carbs/fat/calories) at this price point. This will remain my protein of choice for the foreseeable future.

Each morning, I make a blended crushed ice shake with Lactose free or Soy milk. The shakes are tasty, filling, and provide additional protein to my daily diet. Five years ago, I had a gastric bypass. The Matrix 5.0 shakes have provided additional protein for nuitritional needs; and assisted me in maintaining my 140+ lb. weight loss.

I have been using this product (chocolate since I heard its the best flavor) since working out. Once in the morning and once after evening work out. Works great and I don't get as sore the next morning. If you mix it with half water and half 1% milk, it has the right consistency as chocolate milk. Mixing it with all 1% milk makes it a little thick but drinkable. It isn't sweet as those canned/bottled drinks and that's a good thing. I'm going to buy more!
