I've been using this product for several months, now - on a daily basis. I started using it after losing 80 pounds with diet and exercise alone. I found I needed some help with the last 35 stubborn pounds that seemed trapped on the lower half of my body. I've lost 20 of those with the help of MX Lean System 7. The product does seem to target and help with that stubborn mid-section and thigh weight that can be a problem area for women over 40. I've found that it gives a significant energy boost if taken 45 minutes prior to working out. I don't detect that it helps curb my appetite, but it does seem to help with metabolism as I believe I'm actually eating a bit more and still losing weight. The only side effect I've experienced has been headaches for 3 or 4 days when stopping the product to give the body a break from it. I would definitely recommend the product, but will state that you have to watch your diet and exercise regularly. This is a wonderful diet and workout aid, but there simply are no miracles.

As anyone who has tried a similar supplement knows, this product will not work miracles. However, I have had a good experience with MX-LS7. I haven't had the headaches I experienced with a few of the competitors, and have no side effects to report. I have been drinking plenty of water and have felt great. The energy the pills provide has been long lasting with no crash. The weight loss to this point has been minimal, as you should expect, but the energy has been as advertised with no side effects.
